儿童急性中毒的现状

The current situation of acute poisoning in children

儿童急性中毒是常见临床急症，是儿童意外伤害的重要原因，为全球儿童意外伤害的五大死亡原因之一，是我国1—4岁儿童的首位死亡原因，其病死率达4．38％，警示我们对儿童急性中毒引起重视。本文就儿童急性中毒的流行病学特点、临床特点、诊治现状及进展等作一介绍，以期通过加强预防、及时诊断、合理治疗以减轻儿童中毒的发生及其致死、致残率。

Acute poisoning of children is a common clinical emergency and is an important cause of accidental injury to children. As one of the five leading causes of child accidental injuries in the world, it is the first cause of death among children aged 1 to 4 in our country ,with a case fatality rate of 4. 38%. It warns us that we need to pay attention to the acute poisoning of children. In this paper, the epidemiological charac- teristics,clinical features, diagnosis and treatment status and progress of acute poisoning in children were introduced in order to reduce the incidence of child poisoning and its mortality and disability by strengthening prevention, timely diagnosis and reasonable treatment.
