全科护理干预在骨科创伤患者中的应用效果分析

Effect analysis of general nursing intervention on orthopedic trauma patients

目的分析全科护理干预在骨科创伤患者中的应用效果。方法 90例骨科创伤患者,根据护理方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患者采取常规护理及常规康复锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上采取全科护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组患者护理总满意度91.11%显著高于对照组的64.44%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者疾病认知、精神状态评分均高于对照组,疼痛不适评分低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全科护理可有效改善患者在病程中的心理状态,在护理干预下可减轻患者的疼痛不适,提高患者对疾病的认识,有利于病情恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of general nursing intervention on orthopedic trauma patients. Methods A total of 90 orthopedic trauma patients were divided by different nursing methods into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing and rehabilitation exercise, and the observation group received general nursing on the basis of the control group. The intervention effect in two groups was compared. Results The observation group had obviously higher total nursing satisfaction as 91.11% than 64.44% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher disease cognition and mental state score than the control group, and lower pain discomfort score than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion General nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of patients in the course of disease. Nursing intervention can relieve pain and discomfort of patients, improve patients’ diseases cognition, and is conducive to the recovery of illness. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
