液压吊力缓冲系统在“世越号”打捞工程中的作用评估 被引量:4

摘要 为降低起吊钢丝绳内峰值拉力,实现复杂海况下利用双驳船抬吊打捞"世越号",设计液压吊力缓冲系统,并评估其应用于双驳船打捞工程中的作用.以三个船体(双驳船、"世越号")为研究对象,分别用模拟计算及模型试验方法研究其在不同提升高度及不同海况下的耦合运动特性.模拟计算采用边界元法,计算出多体水动力特性参数,并建立整体耦合响应计算模型.利用模型试验结果对水动力特性参数进行矫正,获得非常准确的整体耦合响应计算模型.基于该模型进行静态和动态时域的计算,并对比有、无液压吊力缓冲系统两种情况下的结果.比较结果表明:模拟计算结果与水池模型试验结果吻合度较高,该数值模型具有较高可靠性;液压吊力缓冲系统可使静态吊力分布更均匀,降低最大动态吊力,可达到在"世越号"打捞工程中的设计作用. In order to reduce the peak tension in the hoisting steel rope and to salvage the SEWOL by using the double barges under the complicated sea conditions,the hydraulic tension buffer system was designed,and its function in salvage project of double barges was evaluated. The features of coupling motion with three hulls(double barges/SEWOL) were respectively studied by numerical simulation and experimental analysis under different lifting heights and different sea conditions. The multi-body hydrodynamic characteristic parameters were calculated by using boundary element method,and system coupled response simulation model was set up. The hydrodynamic characteristic parameters were calibrated by model test results to significantly increase the accuracy of the overall coupled response simulation model. Based on that model,both static and dynamic time domain simulation were conducted,and simulation results of two conditions(with or without hydraulic tension buffer system) were compared. Results show that numerical simulation analysis results coincide with model test well,which indicate that the numerical model has higher reliability. The hydraulic tension buffer system can improve evenness of static sling tension distribution effectively,and reduce maximum dynamic lifting force,which achieve the design function in SEWOL salvage project.
