The global financial crisis that aroused by the problems of Sub prime mortgage loans in the United States, prompted peoples to rethink of those past policies on the excessive global financial liberalization, challenges of the rapidly relax on financial supervision, and stagnant reforms of the IMF,etc. On November 15 of 2008,leaders of the world's 20 largest economies, dubbed the G-20,gather in Washington, discuss issues of how to spell out a series of steps for regulation, monetary and fiscal policy aimed at stabilizing markets, and build a'new world financial architecture'in the wake of the current financial crisis. There is a cooperative game theory relationship between different parties, such as the EU,U.S.,and so-called BRICs countries.
