随着国际反垄断案件的不断增长,反垄断领域的国际合作也日益活跃。反垄断双边合作协议是实现国际反垄断合作的重要形式之一。通过对双边反垄断合作协议的解读,我们发现虽然各国之间的双边反垄断合作协议是建立在双方的特殊利益基础上的,但是这些协议的基本原则、目标和实施规则方面具有高度的趋同性。各国在国际反垄断领域采取的这种高度趋同性的双边合作模式,将会提高国际反垄断实施的效率和推动国际反垄断体制的形成。

The cooperation in antitrust fields are becoming more and more activity that along with the increase of international antitrust cases. The bilateral antitrust cooperation agreement is a significant means in implementing international antitrust cooperation.Although the different bilateral antitrust cooperation agreement was subscribed under different benefit of countries,the basic principles,the aims and the enforcement formula are high convergence.It will drive to enhance the efficient and form the international antitrust law system that if each country bring to bear this high convergence bilateral antitrust cooperation mode in international antitrust cases.
