摘要 本文基于I-对Pd2+在EDTA-Co3+与次磷酸盐之间催化反应的抑制效应,通过在540nm 测量吸光度的减小测定碘。在最佳实验条件下,检测出的碘含量范围为2ng/mL-29ng/mL, 回收率为95%-100.5%,此法已应用于食盐和药物中微量碘的测定。 A kinetic method for the determination of iodide based on its inhibitory effect on the Pd2+ catalysed reaction between EDTA-Co3+ and the hyposphitite ion is discussed in this paper. The reaction was followed spentrophotometrically by measuring the decrease in the absorbance at 540nm. Under the optimum experimental conditions, iodide was determined in the range 2-29ng/mL, the recovery was 95-100.5%. The method has been applied to the determination of iodide in pharmaceutical products and iodinated salts.
