Exclusive Love for Chang′er——The Illnstration of Li Shangyin′s Poems about"Chang′er"

Li Shangyin,who had seven poems about Chang′er,a goddess in the moon in Chinese culture, wrote the most poems on the topic of Chang′er in the Tang Dynasty.In these poems,the poet described Chang′er as a beauty of of solitude,loneliness,melancholy,and of elegance.This had something to do with the spread and development of the apotheosis about the lady in the moon in the Tang Dynasty,with the background,values and aesthetic character of the Tang Dynasty,as well as with Li Shangyin′s experience, official career and his life.
