摘要
简要介绍了原料油预加氢反应工艺、影响因素及中国石油吉林石化公司炼油厂原料油预加氢装置开车概况。详细分析了装置原料及产品数据,结果表明反应脱硫率高,精制油可以做为200#铂重整单元进料,FDS-4A催化剂有利于降低功率消耗,提高经济效益。
This paper introduces raw oil prehydrogenation reaction process,effect factors and start up situation of prehydrogenation unit.It also analyze unit feed and product dates in detail.The results indicate that reaction devulanizing rate is high.Refined oil can be used as feed of 200# platformate unit.FDS-4Acatalyst is benefitial to decreasing power and increasing effectiveness.
