摘要
差异教学,是指立足于学生个性的差异,满足学生个别学习需要,以促进每个学生在原有基础上得到充分发展的教学。本文论述了高职学生个体差异与英语学习效果的关系,在高职院校实施差异教学的必要性和具体措施。介绍了课题组对差异教学策略的研究与实践。
Based on students'individual differences,differentiated instruction means meeting the requirement of students' individual study and promoting the development of every student.This paper expounds the relationship between students'individual differences of higher vocational colleges and English study results, the necessity of implementing differentiated instruction and concrete measures.It introduces the research on differentiated instruction by the task group.
