食品安全是关系国计民生的大事。该文分析了我国食品安全问题产生的原因,提出了推进食品安全建设的思路:一是加强环境整治;二是加强从业人员的社会责任和职业道德建设;三是加强市场的准入管制;四是加强检验检测体系建设;五是加强法制建设;六是加强宣传教育;七是加强监管体系建设。
Food safety is a major event in people's livelihood.The paper analyzes the causes of China's food safety problems,and puts forward the promotion of food security-building ideas.The first is to strengthen environmental protection;the second,to strengthen the practitioners of social responsibility and professional ethics;the third,to enhance market access control;the fourth is to strengthen the inspection system;the fifth,strengthen the rule of law;the sixth,to strengthen publicity and education;the seventh to strengthen the supervision system.
