体验式拓展训练对中职生影响的实证研究

Research into the Influence of Experience Type Development Training on the Medium Vocational School Students

通过对500名参加体验式拓展训练的中职生跟踪访问调查,发现体验式拓展训练对中职生的学习和将来就业有重要影响,特别是对团队意识的增强、人际关系的改善、自信心的增强和抗挫折能力的提高有明显效果,建议在中职学校引入体验式拓展训练,作为学校德育的一种途径,提高学生心理素质和社会适应能力。

Through the survey and visit of 500 vocational school students who have taken part in development training,we found the training has great influence on their present study and future career.Above all,it can enhance their awareness of teams and improve their social relationship,self-confidence and anti-stress ability.Therefore,we advise the medium vocational schools to lead into bound training and make it an important method of moral education to improve their psychology quality and social adaptability.
