高职院校的文科生在就业竞争压力下,体现出因性别、专业差异而具有的个性特征。做好就业促进工作,必须实事求是地深入了解和仔细分析他们的心理特点,恰如其分地做好心理疏导工作,从而缓解毕业生就业的心理矛盾与冲突。

Under pressure of employment competition,higher vocational students of liberal arts show typical psychological characters in gender and major aspects.To promote the graduates' employment,we must learn more about their psychology in getting jobs,and try to help the graduates build mental health.
