Developing Rural Logistics by Local Government Bonds

建立现代农村物流体系,对拉动消费、刺激经济增长、抵御金融危机具有重要的意义。本文从分析我国农村物流现状入手,通过对发展农村物流意义的剖析,使人们对发展农村物流的重要性有了进一步的深刻认识。对于农村物流发展瓶颈的探讨,使人们清醒地认识到农村物流发展的瓶颈仍然是资金问题,从而引出了利用这次发行地方政府债券机遇,支持农村物流发展,改善农民生活水平,拉动经济增长的思路。

To establish modern rural logistics system is important to stimulate consumption and economic growth,resist financial crisis.By analyzing the status of rural logistics,this paper analyses the development of rural logistics significance to make people realized the importance of logistics development in rural areas.It also makes people realize soberly that countryside logistics development bottleneck is still the funds,which leads to taking the opportunity of the local government bonds issuing to support the development of countryside logistics,improve farmers' living standard,and stimulate economic growth.
