摘要
模具作为工业生产的特殊装备对制造业的影响越来越重要,而如何培养符合社会需求的模具人才一直是广大学者和企业人员所关心的问题。本文通过对企业调研和对毕业生跟踪调查以及对现在形势的分析,初步阐述了新形势下模具人才培养的措施和方法。
As special equipments of industry production molds play a more and more important part in manufacturing.However,how to bring up talents meeting the needs of the community is a question which many scholars and bosses concern.By researching business and graduation situation,and anslysing community modality,ways and meansures of cultivating talents are expatiated.
