高职院校毕业生特点及班主任工作对策

Characteristics of Vocational College Graduates and Work Countermeasures of Class Sponsor

高职院校毕业生作为高校一个独特的群体,无论在思想上还是在学业上都有其独有的特点。在思想上他们面临即将从学校到社会的转变;在学习中他们要迎接顶岗实习、毕业论文、就业、升学等压力,现实的复杂性和选择的多样性又使得他们在思想情绪、学习态度、就业取向等方面表现出与其他年级学生不同的特征。笔者通过在班主任工作实践中得出结论,要想做好毕业班工作,稳定学生思想是基础、加强学风建设是保障、指导学生顺利就业是方向。

As a unique group of higher education,graduates of vocational colleges have their own characteristics in both thoughts and learning.They are faced the change from school to societyin thoughts and the pressure of work practice,graduation thesis,seeking for jobs,and furthering education in learning.The complexity of reality and variety of choices make they have different characteristics from students of other grades.This paper propses that class sponsor should calm down students thoughts,strenghen study trend, instruct students to be employed successfully.
