The Role of Teachers in Charge of Classes in College Students' Ideological and Political Education Work

班主任是学生思想政治教育的引导者和日常管理的实施者,班主任工作在高校思想政治教育工作中处于十分重要的地位。为了更好地发挥班主任在大学生思想政治教育工作中的作用,适应新形势下党中央提出的社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的精神,在工作中力争做到"四个坚持":即坚持做学生思想上的导航者、坚持做学生学习上的领路者、坚持做学生心灵上的慰藉者、坚持做学生生活上的启迪者。

The teachers in charge of classes are guides of executors of the students' political education and the executors of daily management. Their work is very important in ideological and political education in colleges. In order to better play the role of teachers in charge in university students' ideological and political education work, to adapt to the new situation of the CPC central committee proposed socialist culture development and prosperity of spirit,we try to keep the Four Cardinal Principles in work: insisting on being students' ideological navigators,insisting on being students' learning guides,insisting on being students' mind comforters,insisting on being students' life of enlighteners.
