提高高职院校计算机应用专业学生就业能力的有效性研究

Effective Research on Improving Employment Ability of Computer Application Professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges

为解决计算机应用专业毕业生就业存在的问题,本文依据市场需求为导向,结合高职院校学生的实际情况将计算机应用专业培养目标定位在应用型设计人才的培养,从培养方案的修订、名副其实"双师型"教师的培养、合适教材的制定和选择、考核标准的改革及"1+1+1"培养模式的建立等六个方面进行系统研究和探索,以期在一定程度上提高计算机应用专业学生的就业能力,改善目前计算机应用专业毕业生就业难的状况。

To solve the problems of computer applications graduates employment, this paper defines computer application training targets as the training in the application of design talents in accordance with market demand and the actual situation of students in vocational colleges. It researches and explores from six aspects, which are the training program of Amendment,truly 'qualified' teacher training,the development and selection of suitable teaching materials,the reform of the assessment criteria and the establishment of '1 +1 +1' training mode. The purpose is to improve the employability of computer Applications majors to a certain extent and to improve the current the difficult employment situation of computer application graduates.
