In the practices work of crude protein content analysis in provender by the Kjeldahl analysis method,it was found that in the stage of provender sample's collection,preparation,weighing, decomposition and the part of the crude protein determination,there were a variety of factors which had important impacts on accuracy of samples analysis. The specific methodological points and precautions are raised for relative analysis workers as reference based on practical experience and analysis study.
