新教师的成长离不开听课,听课是新教师开阔视野、提高教学水平的有效手段。本文从一名新教师的角度出发,分析新老师在听课的过程中所遇到的问题,说明了听课的过程中应抓住的要点,以及自己在"跟课"过程中的教学反思和总结。

A new teacher wants to be a mature teacher,he must listen to the other teachers in class attentively. Attending a lecture can broaden our horizons and improve teaching standards. The paper probes into the characters of the new teachers and the problems encountered in attending a lecture. It is necessary for us to investigate carefully between self-examination and summary.
