头孢噻肟钠联合纤支镜肺泡灌洗术治疗儿童大叶性肺炎疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect of cefotaxime combined with bronchoalveolar lavage on lobar pneumonia of children

目的观察应用头孢噻肟钠联合纤支镜肺泡灌洗术治疗儿童大叶性肺炎的疗效。方法将130例大叶性肺炎患儿随机分成两组,实验组68例,应用头孢噻肟钠联合纤支镜肺泡灌洗术治疗大叶性肺炎,和对照组62例,应用头孢噻肟钠抗感染治疗,观察两组患儿临床疗效、住院时间、发热缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间及影像学好转时间的差异并进行统计学分析。结果实验组总有效率高于对照组,实验组发热缓解时间、住院时间少于对照组,两组存在显著差异,P<0.05,两组咳嗽缓解时间、影像学好转时间无显著差异,P>0.05。结论应用头孢噻肟钠联合纤支镜肺泡灌洗术治疗儿童大叶性肺炎,可缩短病程,减少住院时间,提高临床疗效,治疗效果确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of combined use of cefotaxime sodium and bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of lobar pneumonia of children. Methods 130 children with lobar pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups. 68 cases were in the experimental group and 62 cases were in the control group. In the expermental group, cefotaxime sodium combined with fiberoptic bronchoscopy with bronchoalveolar lavage were used to treat with lobar pneumonia, and,in control group, cefotaxime sodium and anti infection treatment were given. Clinical efficacy, hospitalization time, fever relieving time, cough relief time and image in two groups were observed and the difference were analyzed statistically. Results The total efficiency of experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Fever relief time, hospitalization time in the experimental group was less than those in the control group, there were significant difference, P〈0.05. Cough relief time, recovery in image between two groups had no significant difference, P〉0.05. Conclusions The application of cefotaxime sodium combined with bronchoalveolar lavage in treatment of lobar pneumonia in children can shorten the duration of the disease, reduce the length of stay and improve the clinical efficacy. The curative effect is accurate, and it is worthy of clinical application.
