2010-2016年乌鲁木齐市无偿献血者梅毒螺旋体抗体筛查分析

Analysis of screening for Treponema pallidum antibody in blood donors in Urumqi from 2010 to 2016

目的分析乌鲁木齐地区无偿献血人群中抗梅毒螺旋体抗体筛查阳性献血者的人群特征,为从低危人群中招募献血者,降低血液报废率提供依据。方法采用ELISA法对采集的无偿献血者血样进行检测,对2010-2016年间的检测结果为阳性的人群按照年龄、性别、民族、献血方式、献血次数、职业、学历等进行分组统计分析。结果 2010-2016年筛查献血者血液样本中梅毒螺旋体抗体阳性率为0.56%(1971/350442),分组统计检出率较高的人群特征依次为农民(1.16%)、少数民族(1.11%)、46~55岁(1.10%)、初次献血(0.88%)、家庭互助献血(0.87%)、初中以下文化程度(0.84%),组内差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市无偿献血人群梅毒螺旋体抗体筛查阳性者的人群特征与目前新疆梅毒疫情的分布特征基本一致,应继续加大献血宣传力度,做好献血前咨询,从低危人群招募献血者。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of population with positive anti-TP antibody among blood donors in Urumqi,and to provide the basis for recruiting blood donors from low risk population and reducing the rate of blood discarding. Methods ELISA method was used to detect the blood samples of blood donors, the population with positive results from 2010 to 2016 were statistically analyzed according to age, gender, nationality, blood donation, blood donation number, occupation and education level. Results The positive rate of TP antibody screening in Urumqi blood donors was 0.56%（1971/350442） from 2010 to 2016, and the sequence of the detection rate from high to low was farmers（1.16%）, minority（1.11%） and people from 46 to 55 years old（1.10%）, first blood donators（0.88%）, family mutual donators（0.87%）, people with junior high school degree（0.84%）. There were significant differences in each group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The distribution characteristics of TP antibody positive people in blood donors of Urumqi were consistent with the distribution of syphilis epidemic in Xinjiang. We Should continue to increase publicity efforts to donate blood, do a good job before the blood donation consultation, and recruit blood donors from low-risk people.
