新疆昌吉地区1100例妇女HPV感染情况及其亚型分型

HPV infection status and subtype of 1,100 women in Changji area of Xinjiang province

目的了解新疆昌吉地区妇女HPV(人乳头瘤病毒)感染现状和基因型分型。方法收集2013年1月-2016年12月新疆昌吉地区妇女宫颈脱落细胞标本,采用杂交捕获-化学发光法技术对14种高危HPV基因型和2种高危型HPV亚型进行检测。结果 1100名调查对象年龄18~55岁,HPV总感染率14.55%;2种高危型HPV-16/18感染率为2.09%;12种高危型31/33/35/39/45/51/52/56/58/59/66/68感染率为8.91%;2种与12种高危混合感染占3.55%。年龄情况:不同年龄组有统计学意义,P<0.05;不同职业女性感染无显著差异,P>0.05。结论昌吉地区妇女感染以12种高危型别HPV-31/33/35/39/45/51/52/56/58/59/66/682种型别为主;其次为HPV-16/18型。

Objective To find HPV（human papilloma virus） infection status and genotype of women in Changji area. Methods Specimens from women’s cervical exfoliated cells in Changji area from January 2013 to December 2016 were collected., Hybrid capture-chemiluminescence technology were used to analyze 14 kinds of high-risk HPV genotypes and 2 kinds of high-risk type HPV subtypes.Results 1100 cases whose aged 18 to 55 years old were collected, and rate of HPV infection was 14.55%; For Two kinds of high-risk type HPV-16/18, infection rate was 2.09%; For 12 kinds of high-risk type 31/33/35/39/35/39/52/56/58/59/58/59, infection rate was8.91%; Mixed infection for 2 and 12 kinds of high-risk was 3.55%. The results in groups with different age was statistically significant, P 〈0.05; Infection rate in women with different occupation had no significant difference, P 〉 0.05. Conclusions main infection was 12 kinds of high-risk type HPV 31/33/31/33/45/51/52/56/58/59/58/59 in Changji area, followed by HPV-16/18 type.
