全方位调控的采购模式是适应集团规模较大,物资订购批量较大,对产品质量要求较严的大型企业。模式的特点是高度集中,实行三个统一,减少采购环节,合理选择供货厂商,实行三比定点,公开招标,降低进货成本,实现采购效益最大化。

The purchase mode of omni-directional regulation is suitable for groups in big scale,large batch in material order,and large enterprise with strict product quality.The characteristics of the mode are highly centralized-taking three unities,shortening purchasing process,choosing supplier reasonably.The purchasing mode aims to reach the maximum of purchasing benefit through settling suppliers by comparison,public bidding,and decreasing purchasing cost.
