摘要
商业模式和企业核心竞争力正逐渐成为理论界和实务界关注的焦点。在当今市场的动态竞争环境下,商业模式对于企业核心竞争力的提升重要性尤为突出。企业设计商业模式前要充分了解自身所处的环境和内外部状况,制定适合自己的商业模式;要研究同行业企业的商业模式,找出限制其发展的瓶颈,设计解决方案,从而形成自己的独特的商业模式,使其成为自己的核心竞争力;要走差异化战略的竞争路线,创新商业模式,形成新的核心竞争力,使企业摆脱既有的市场竞争者,开创全新的市场空间和领域。
Commercial model and enterprise core competitiveness are becoming the focus attracting theoretical and practical circles.In the dynamically competitive environment of current market,it is increasingly important for commercial model to improve enterprise core competitiveness.Before designing commercial model,the enterprise should fully understand its own environment and inner condition to make proper commercial model,study the commercial model of the same industry to find the bottleneck restricting its development,de-sign solving plan to form its special commercial model,and become its own core competitiveness,meanwhile,the enterprise should take differential competitive strategy,innovate commercial model and form new core competitiveness to get rid of current competitors and ex-pand newly market space and field.
