Analysis on Enterprise Ethics of Market Economy

随着我国市场经济的发展,人民整体生活水平得到大幅度提高,但市场体制本身固有的缺陷也日益从理论走到现实生活中。从企业伦理学的角度分析市场经济体制,可以清楚的认定:企业不再仅仅被认为是人类财富的源泉,它也应承担起相应的社会责任。人们应该对企业社会角色给予高度重视,从而将构建和谐社会的理念转化为政策层面的推动力,促进公民生活水平的提高。

With the development of market economy in China,the people's living condition increased greatly,but the inherent defects in market system emerged from theory to practice.Through analyzing market economic system from the perspective of enterprise ethics,we can conclude clearly that the enterprise is not thought as the source of human fortune;it should take relevant social responsibility.In other words,we need pay more attention the social character of the enterprise,changing the concept of constructing harmonious society into political impetus and improving people's living standard.
