高职高专院校法学精品课程建设理论初探

Preliminary Discussions on Excellent Course Construction of Law in Higher Vocational Colleges

法学是一门实践性很强的学科,高职高专院校又是以培养应用型人才为已任,其法学教学与一般本科院校存在明显差异,具有显著的职业性、应用性以及实践性等特点,因此,其精品课程建设应当有其自身的规律以及特定的内容和目标。加强教材建设,矫正"模拟法庭"教学误区,开发诊所式教育基地,提高师资队伍素质是法学精品课程建设的重中之重。

Science of Law is a practical subject,while the higher vocational colleges mainly train applied talents,so the teaching meth-ods on Science of Law,with obvious occupational and practical characteristics,are different from other colleges and universities.Thus the construction of excellent course is employed its own principle,contents and objective.To construct excellent course of Law,we should strengthen teaching material construction,correct teaching misunderstanding of simulated court,develop clinic-type educational base,and improve quality of teachers.
