基于ABAQUS炭黑填充三元乙丙橡胶超弹性本构模型的分析与比较 被引量:7

摘要 通过有限元软件ABAQUS对三元乙丙橡胶材料单轴拉伸实验数据与超弹材料本构模型进行了应力-应变曲线的拟合,主要对比了形变量在0~300%时消除Mullins效应后填充胶实验测得的应力-应变曲线与Neo Hooke模型、Yeoh模型、Arruda-Boyce模型的拟合曲线。结果表明:应变量在150%以下,三者都有较好的拟合效果;应变量超过150%时,Neo Hooke模型拟合曲线会明显偏离实验结果;在应变量在0~280%之间,Yeoh模型和Arruda-Boyce模型拟合效果拟合较好;在应变量在280%以上,Arruda-Boyce模型最好。 In this paper,the stress-strain relation was fitted between test data of EPDM rubber material in uniaxial tensile and data of hyperelastic material model from the finite element software ABAQUS,the main study is that the measured stress-strain curve of filed-rubbber after eliminating Mullins effect in the strain of 0—300% was compared with the fitting curves of Neo Hooke model and Yeoh model.The results show that both of them have a good fitting effect when the strain is below 150%,Neo Hooke model′s fitting curve will significantly deviate from the experimental results when the strain is more than 150%.When the strain is between 0 and 280%,Yeoh model and Arruda-Boyce′s fitting effect is the better.Arruda-Boyce′s fitting effect is the best when the strain is more than 280%.
