奥美拉唑联合甲硝唑、阿莫西林治疗Hp感染胃溃疡40例临床效果

Clinical analysis of omeprazole combined with metronidazole and amoxicillin in the treatment of 40 cases of Hp-infected gastric ulcer

目的观察奥美拉唑联合甲硝唑、阿莫西林治疗Hp感染性胃溃疡的临床效果。方法将我院收治的80例Hp感染性胃溃疡患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,分别采用兰索拉唑+阿莫西林+甲硝唑与奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+甲硝唑治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的SOD、NO水平显著高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗30 d后,观察组Hp清除率达97.50%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合甲硝唑、阿莫西林治疗Hp感染性胃溃疡,效果显著,Hp清除效果好,治疗后血浆SOD、NO水平显著升高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with metronidazole and amoxicillin in the treatment of Hp-infected gastric ulcer. Methods Eighty cases of patients with Hp-infected gastric ulcer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each geoup, lansoprazole+amoxicillin+metronidazole and omeprazole+amoxicillin+metronidazole were used respectively. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 97.50% in the observation group, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of SOD and NO in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). After 30 d of treatment, the clearance rate of Hp was 97.50% in the observation, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of omeprazole combined with metronidazole and amoxicillin on Hp-infected gastric ulcer is significant, and the clearance rate of Hp is high. After treatment, the levels of plasma SOD and NO significantly increase.
