经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘切除术治疗经保守治疗无效的腰椎间盘突出症的近期效果

Short-term effect of lumbar intervertebral disc resection in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients after ineffective conservative treatment

目的分析经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘切除术治疗经保守治疗无效的腰椎间盘突出症的近期效果。方法选择在我院经保守治疗无效的腰椎间盘突出症患者52例,所有患者给予经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘切除术进行治疗,分析其近期效果。结果 52例患者均成功完成手术,平均手术时间为(96.02±18.28)min,平均术中出血量为(16.85±10.86)m L,平均住院时间为(4.59±1.25)d。通过改良Macnab评分评价临床治疗效果,优良率为90.38%(47/52)。52例患者的并发症总发生率为30.77%。结论经皮椎间孔镜腰椎间盘切除术治疗经保守治疗无效的腰椎间盘突出症的近期效果较好,值得在临床上应用推广。

Objective To analyze the short-term effect of lumbar intervertebral disc resection in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients after ineffective conservative treatment. Methods A total of 52 lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients after ineffective conservative treatment were selected, and all the patients were treated with umbar intervertebral disc resection. The short-term clinical effects were analyzed. Results The 52 patients were successfully completed the operation, the operation time was(96.02±18.28) min, the amount of bleeding was(16.85 ±10.86) m L, the hospitalization time was(4.59±1.25) d. Through modified Macnab scores, the excellent rate was 90.38%. The total incidence of complications was 30.77% in 52 patients. Conclusion Lumbar intervertebral disc resection in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients after ineffective conservative treatment has remarkable short-term clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical applica-tion and promotion.
