益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke

目的观察益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月至2016年1月我院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用益气活血通络汤治疗。治疗2周后,比较两组患者治疗前、后的NIHSS评分、BI评分、Fugl-Meyer评分。结果治疗后,两组患者的NIHSS评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分、BI评分均显著升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑卒中患者能显著提高患者运动能力、神经功能康复情况、日常活动能力,能帮助患者快速恢复肢体功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction on ischemic stroke patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional drug treatment, the study group added Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction treatment on the basis of the control group. After 2 weeks of treatment, the NIHSS scores, BI scores and Fugl-Meyer scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the NIHSS scores of both groups significantly decreased, and that of the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05); the Fugl-Meyer scores and BI scores of both groups significantly increased, and those of the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke can significantly improve the patients' ability to exercise, rehabilita-tion of neurological function, daily activity ability, which can help patients' recover quickly on limb function.
