滋肾健脾活血汤治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Zishen Jianpi Huoxue decoction on type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨滋肾健脾活血汤治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院在2014年10月至2015年10月收治的90例2型糖尿病患者,并随机分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组接受常规临床治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用滋肾健脾活血汤,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为97.78%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的静脉空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、Hb Alc、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平明显降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应总发生率(4.44%)明显低于对照组(13.33%)(P<0.05)。结论在临床常规治疗措施基础上加用滋肾健脾活血汤可显著提高2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效,降低血糖和血脂水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zishen Jianpi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Ninety cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected, and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, while the study group added Zishen Jianpi Huoxue decoction on the basis of conventional therapy, then the clinical curative effects were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.78%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of venous fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, Hb Alc, total cholesterol and triglyceride in both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group(4.44%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.33%)(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of clinical routine treatment, adding Zishen Jianpi Huoxue decoction can significantly improve the clinical curative effect of type 2 diabetes patients, and lower the blood sugar and blood lipid levels.
