个性化护理应用于冠心病护理中的临床效果

Clinical effect of individualized nursing in patients with coronary heart disease

目的探析个性化护理用于冠心病患者中的临床效果,从而为临床护理提供借鉴。方法选取2016年2月至2017年5月我院收治的冠心病患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为常规组(予以常规护理)和研究组(予以个性化护理),每组35例。观察两组患者的护理效果及护理满意度。结果研究组护理总有效率和对护理工作的满意度分别为97.14%、91.43%,明显高于常规组的82.86%、71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者实施个性化护理能提高患者的护理效果及护理满意度,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of individualized nursing in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD), so as to provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods Seventy cases of patients with CHD who were treated from February 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital were divided into routine group(given routine nursing) and research group(given individualized nursing) according to random number table method, with 35 patients in each group. The nursing effects and nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the research group were 97.14% and 91.43% respectively, which were significantly higher than 82.86% and 71.43% of the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing can improve the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the patients with CHD, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
