摘要 近年来,越来越多的种植户将农作物秸秆制作成培养基,用来栽培食用菌,采用工厂化方式生产食用菌,提高了经济效益。利用秸秆栽培食用菌,不仅可以解决生产食用菌原材料短缺的问题,还能解决秸秆的处理问题,避免焚烧秸秆引起的环境污染,变废为宝,充分利用自然资源。本文简述了秸秆生产食用菌的特点、操作工艺、技术要点,及提高效益的措施。 In recent years, more and more farmers make the crop straw into nutritive base, used to cultivate edible fungi and produce edible fungi by factory, so as to improve the economic benefit. The significance of using straw to cultivate edible fungi is important. It can not only solve the shortage of raw material for production of edible fungi,but also solve the problem of straw treatment and avoid environmental pollution caused by burning straw, and turn waste into treasure and make full use of natural resources. This paper briefly described the characteristics, operating techniques, technical points and measures to improve the efficiency of the edible fungi produced by straw.
