单气囊小肠镜治疗家族性腺瘤性息肉病术后患者1例

摘要 家族性腺瘤性息肉病（familial adenomatous polyposis,FAP）是由定位于5q21染色体上的APC基因突变导致的一种常染色体显性遗传疾病,其以家族聚集性、结肠及直肠黏膜多发息肉为特征。随着时间发展,FAP患者腺瘤的大小和数量会不断增多,40岁之内发展至结直肠癌或十二指肠癌及壶腹旁癌的几率分别为50%、4%,
