干燥寒冷环境下汽轮机砂浆块裂纹成因及控制措施

摘要 通过对比干燥寒冷环境下某机组高中压轴承座砂浆垫块与低压缸砂浆垫块的缺陷情况,分析了裂纹缺陷产生的原因是环境温度低且昼夜温差大、浇筑后养护措施不到位。制订了覆盖电热毯和棉被、搭设防风帐篷、控制揭开台板养护时间等预防措施,有效控制了砂浆垫块裂纹的产生,提高了砂浆垫块制作的一次成功率。 It compares the mortar pad defect of HP/IP bearing pedestal with that of LP cylinder under the dry-cold environment. The causes of crack defects were low environmental temperature,temperature disparity between day and night,and inadequate maintenance measures after pouring. It puts forwards improvement measures which are covering with electric blanket and quilt,setting up the wind tent,and controlling the time of maintenance. The crack of mortar pads is effectively controlled and the primary success rate of mortar pad making is improved.
