The problems and countermeasures of start-up of 600 MW supercritical coal-fired power unit with steam feed pump

为了深挖600MW超临界燃煤机组的潜能,不少燃煤电厂近年来在机组启动阶段采用汽泵替代电泵供水。以广东珠海金湾发电有限公司为例,针对该方式启动中遇到的问题进行分析总结,提出解决对策,为同类型机组顺利实施汽泵替代电泵提供参考。

In recent years,600 MW supercritical coal-fired units used steam pumps to replace the electric pump in the water supply so as to excavate the potential of the unit. Taking Guangdong Zhuhai Jinwan Power Generation Company Limited as an example,this paper analyzed and summed up the problems encountered during the start-up of this mode,and put forward the countermeasures to provide a reference for the successful implementation of steam pump replacing the electric pump in the same type of units.
