摘要
脱硝催化剂是火力发电厂烟气脱硝系统的核心部分,从活性衰减系数β、烟气条件以及性能保证要求3方面对影响蜂窝式烟气脱硝催化剂设计选型的因素时进行论述和总结。烟气中的灰含量决定了催化剂节距(孔数)的选取,活性衰减系数β、烟气中O_2的含量、H_2O的含量、反应温度以及性能保证要求(脱硝效率、SO_2氧化率、NH_3逃逸)共同决定了最终催化剂体积量。
Denitration catalyst is the core part of coal-fired power plant's flue gas denitration system. It discusses and summarize three factors that will affect design and selection of honeycomb flue gas denitrification catalyst which are active damping coefficient β,condition of flue gas and the requirements for performance guarantee. The ash content of flue gas determines the selection of catalyst pitch( hole). Active damping coefficient β,O_2 content in flue gas,H_2O content,reaction temperature andrequirements for performance guarantee( denitration efficiency,oxidation rate of SO_2 and NH_3 escape) jointly determine the final catalyst volume.
