基于Q-TOF-MS高分辨质谱系统分析山海棠素在小鼠体内的代谢

摘要 以昆明山海棠提取物中山海棠素为研究对象,借助UPLC/Q-TOF-MS高分辨质谱系统,运用精确分子量基础的多重质量亏损过滤技术,结合MetabolitePilot代谢物分析鉴定软件,系统分析山海棠素在小鼠体内的代谢产物。山海棠素在小鼠体内经过内部水解、氧化、甲基化、氧化后甲基化、三氧化等多种转化方式,形成系列相关代谢产物共26种。该方法高效灵敏,明确了山海棠素在小鼠体内的代谢产物,为中药昆明山海棠的临床使用及相互作用研究提供一定参考。 The study was focused on the extract of Tripterygium hypoglaucum(Levl.)Hutch. With the help of the UPLC/Q-TOF-MS High Resolution Mass Spectrometry System, the study uses Multiple Mass Loss Filtering Technology. Based on Precision Molecular Weight and combines Metabolite Pilot metabolite analysis and identification software. As a result, the study analyze the metabolites of Tripterygium hypoglaucum(Levl.)Hutch in mice systematically.Triptophenolide occurred including internal hydrolysis, oxidation, methylation, oxidation and methylation, tri-oxidation and the like. The method is highly efficient and sensitive, which make the metabolites of the mice clear. No doubt that it will be a great help for the clinical use and interaction of traditional Chinese medicine Tripterygium hypoglaucum(Levl.) Hutch.
