摘要
对于现有备用电源自动投入(以下简称"备自投")技术不适用于非链式的复杂网络和缺乏适应性、选择性等问题,研究了一种具备综合控制、自主识别、智能选择、宽泛适应的智能区域备自投系统。该系统运用自适应控制和在线决策两大核心技术,当掌握基本网架信息后,能够自适应电网运行方式,自动完成各种运行方式下的失压区域识别、区域备投充放电等,并能自动搜索全网失压区域的可用备投开关,当有多个可用备投点时,可进行评估排序,实现最优备投。最后以仁怀电网为例,利用PSCAD平台仿真验证了智能区域备自投系统的有效性,结果表明该系统能够有效提高电网的供电可靠性和智能电网下的备自投技术。
In allusion to problems of current spare power automatic switching technologies such as inapplicability in non-chain complex power grids and lack of adaption and selectivity, this paper studies a kind of smart regionswitching system provided with functions of comprehensive control , autonomous recognition , smart selection and wide adap-tion on the basis of current technologies. This system uses two core technologies including self-adaptive control and onlinedecision-making to adjust to operation modes of power grids and automatically finish regional recognition of voltage loss and regional spare power automatic switching charge and discharge under various operation modes after mastering basic informa-tion of the grid architecture. Meanwhile , it can automatically search for available switches in voltage loss regions , and when there are multiple available switching points , it can sort for assessment and realize optimatakes Renhuai power grid as an example and uses PSCAD to verify effectiveness of the smart regional spare power automatic switching system by simulation. The results indicate this system can effectively improve power supply reliability of the power grid and automatic switching technologies.
