心理契约与经济契约在组织管理中的理想缔结 被引量:2

摘要 在组织原有的经济契约之外,心理契约被认为是吸引、激励、保留人才的一种有效竞争工具。本文提出在组织管理中,将心理契约与经济契约有机结合起来,缔结成一种有效契约结合体,从而提高组织效能,提升企业的核心竞争力。
