摘要
外迁高校教师工作压力调查数据显示,学校通勤、职称晋升、学校住宿、学校饮食、学校考核和人际关系是外迁高校教师面临的主要压力来源。缓解外迁高校教师工作压力,可以从工作压力反馈机制、社会支持、考核激励机制以及教师主体性等方面采取有效解决策略。只有从多方面有针对性地解决外迁高校教师的工作压力,才能推动我国高等教育的健康发展。
Surrey data shows that school commuting, job promotion, school accommodation, school meals, school as-sessment and interpersonal relationships are the main sources of pressure on relocated teachers' work pressure in colleges. In order to relieve the pressure of relocated teachers, we can take effective measures from such aspects as job stress feedback mechanism, social supports, assessment and in-centive mechanism, and teacher subjectivity, etc. Only from many aspects to solve the work pressure o f relocated teach-ers, the healthy development of China's higher education can be promoted.
