摘要
针对目前高等教育在人才选拔、教学理念、课程体系、教学活动、学业评价体制中面临的系列问题,通过借鉴美国著名高校在工程教育人才培养过程中获得的经验及成果,结合国内经济、政治、文化环境和学生身心发展特征,提出了以多元能力培养为导向的专素融合人才培养模式,并提供了切实可行的质量保障措施。
Facing a series o f problems like the selection of talents, teaching philosophy, curriculum system, teaching ac-tivities, academic evaluation system in the current higher ed-ucation, this paper puts forward the training mode o f spe- cialized and integrated talents based on the cultivation of multiple abilities and provides feasible quality assurance measures, through the experience and achievements o f the famous American universities in the process of engineering education personnel training combined with the domestic e - conomic, political, cultural environment and students physi-cal and mental development characteristics.
