摘要
编辑是出版发行的中心环节,编辑人员的能力与素质直接决定着出版质量,对编辑人员能力与素质的研究始终是编辑人才培养与编辑队伍建设的重要议题。随着胜任力理论在编辑行业研究中的不断扩大与深化,胜任力特征模型研究出现泛化趋势,过于强调其工具性,而忽视了胜任力理论背后的价值逻辑。编辑胜任力作为优化编辑队伍、提高编辑绩效的人力资源管理手段,应强化其应用价值导向,将胜任力研究的核心精神转化为编辑实践内容。
Editing is the central link of publishing. The a- bility and quality of editors directly determine the quality and development of publication. The research on the abilityand quality o f editors is always an important topic in the construction o f editorial personnel and editorial team. With the continuous expansion and deepening o f the competency theory in the editorial industry, the study o f the competency model shows the generalization trend, too much emphasizing instrumental nature, and ignoring the value logic behind the competency theory. As a human resource management tool to optimize editorial team and improve editorial perfor-mance, editorial competency should strengthen its applica-tion value orientation and transform the core competency of competency research into editorial practice.
