摘要
小学教师通过科研提升教师专业能力已成为促进教师专业发展的重要途径之一。但多数小学教师的科研多为"要我做"的状态,主动性不强。作为学校发展的第一生产力,小学教师科研的重要方向应立足本校、研究本岗、边教边研、研为我用。其研究的生长点是:针对课程与教材提出问题,在教学的张力与困惑中发现研究问题,开展定量研究。学校要关注教师教育科研:变"要我做"为"我要做"科研,研究真问题。
Primary school teachers as researchers have different orientations. According to the survey data,they mostly conduct researches for "tasks and requirement from above". Based on this,primary school teachers should conduct educational researches based on the school real situations,studying the curriculum and teaching materials to ask questions in the teaching of tension and confusion. In quantitative researches,teachers should let the data speak for themselves. Leaders in primary schools should pay attention to the educational researches of the teachers,encourage them to conduct researchs on the real problems and to meet their own needs.
