摘要 常见的施工方案比选方法有经验确定法、专家会议法、专家打分法等,对于比较简单的项目采用这些方法能选择出较优的施工方案。对于条件比较复杂、拟定方案之间优劣较难明确时,可以考虑采用层次分析法进行施工方案比选。通过某复杂条件下上跨铁路营业线连续梁工程实例,介绍了采用层次分析法进行跨线桥施工方案比选的过程及方法,以期为同行提供一定的借鉴。 Construction schemes are commonly compared and chosen by means of experience,conferences of experts,being scored by experts, etc. As for comparatively simple projects, better construction schemes may be selected by these methods. However,with those complex construction schemes,sometimes it is very difficult to clearly classify them, in which case the An-alytic Hierarchy Process may be applied to the comparative choice of construction schemes. With the project of a certain contin-uous girder bridge over-crossing an existing railway in operation under complex conditions as a practical example,the process of and the methods for the Analytic Hierarchy Process applied to the comparative choice of the construction scheme for the rail- way-over-crossing bridge are introduced in the paper. It is expected that our success in the project may serve as certain reference for our counterparts.
