摘要
陕西引汉济渭岭北TBM施工段在TBM掘进至K51+570时发生塌方、冒顶事故,导致TBM出现卡机被迫停工。后经多方案的比选决定采用双组分化学灌浆材料充填固结塌腔冒顶区域,介绍了TBM不同位置的注浆孔位的选择和注浆参数的控制。化学灌浆材料在开敞式TBM施工中的成功尝试,为今后TBM的隧道开挖支护开拓了思路。
When the tunnel of the Hanjiang-to-Weiling Ridge-North Water Diversion Project is bored to K51 + 570 with a TBM, an accident of roof caving happens, which causes the TBM to stop working and the construction has to stop there. After the comparative choice of various construction schemes,it is finally decided that the dual-component chemical grouting material be used to fill and consolidate the collapsing and roof-caving sections of the tunnel. Introduced in detail in the paper are the selec-tion of the grouting holes and the control of the grouting parameters for different positions of the TBM. This is a successful at-tempt of applying the chemical grouting material to the open-type TBM construction, which opens up a new thinking way for the TBM excavation and support of tunnels in the future.
