甘肃红芪中5种微量元素含量及健康风险分析 被引量:5

Analysis of content of five microelements in Hedysari radix from Gansu province and their associated health risks

摘要 目的了解红芪中Al,Mn,Cu,Zn和Mo等人体必须微量元素的含量,并客观评价这5种微量元素对长期服用红芪人群的健康风险。方法在红芪道地产区甘肃省采样,采用ICP-MS法测定了红芪中这5种微量元素的含量,并采用点推定和概率推定评估各元素的非致癌风险。结果红芪中Al,Mn,Cu,Zn和Mo元素含量的中位值分别为481.96,11.04,6.79,19.18和3.26 mg/kg,含量大小依次为Al,Zn,Mn,Cu和Mo,而HQ值大小顺序为Al,Cu,Mn,Zn和Mo,5种微量元素HQ值都小于1,且5种元素的HI分布的均值为0.33,对大多数红芪长期服用者没有非致癌健康风险;但是Al[0.157 00 mg/(kg·d)]、Mn[0.003 59 mg/(kg·d)]、Cu[0.002 21 mg/(kg·d)]和Zn[0.006 23 mg/(kg·d)]的日摄入量超出了人体对药物来源的这4种微量元素的经口允许摄入量,需要进行控制。结论对危害指数(HI)的概率推定结果显示,几乎100%的红芪服用人群对这5种微量元素的暴露都没有非致癌健康风险。 Objective To investigate the concentration of essential microelements of Al, Mn, Cu, Zn and Mo in Hedysari radix and objectively evaluate the health risks for long-term users. Methods Samples of Hedysari radix were collected in genuine producing area in Gansu province, and the contents of the five microelements were measured with the method of ICP-MS. Non-carcinogenic health risk of each element was evaluated by deterministic estimation and probabilistic estimation. Results The median of the content of Al, Mn, Cu, Zn and Mo in Hedysari radix was 481.96, 11.04, 6.79, 19.18 and 3.26 mg/kg respectively. The decreasing order of contents was Al, Zn, Mn, Cu and Mo; the decreasing order of hazardous quotient(HQ) value was Al, Cu, Mn, Zn and Mo. The HQ values of these microelements were all less than 1, and the mean value of hazardous index(HI) of the five microelements were all 0.33. There were no obviously non-carcinogenic health risks for the most long-term users. But the acceptable daily intakes of Al [0.157 00 mg/(kg·d)], Mn [0.003 59 mg/(kg·d)], Cu[0.002 21 mg/(kg·d)] and Zn [0.006 23 mg/(kg·d)] were more than their permission oral intake. The intake of Hedysari radix should be controlled. Conclusions According to the results of probabilistic estimation of HI, the risks of non-carcinogenic were not found in almost all of Hedysari radix users exposed to these five microelements.
