对上海34家市级公立医院微信运营情况进行调研,包括功能定位、信息展示、服务功能和特色功能等方面,对医院官方微信发展提出相关建议,包括制定行业标准、推进分级诊疗、注重数据收集等方面。
The paper surveys on WeChat operation in 34 municipal public hospitals in Shanghai, including aspects like functional positioning, information display, service function and characteristic function and so on, and puts forward related suggestions on development of hospital official WeChat, including aspects like making industrial standard, promoting tiered diagnosis and treatment and giving importance to data collection, etc.
