长期以来对档案价值的认知都是凭借主体能力、通行标准、领导意志等通道来实现，但聚焦点仅停留在档案内容所展现的社会经济关系的档案价值层面，没有意识到档案价值是负载于档案的一种社会关系．没有去发现与理解隐含在档案中的人伦关系层面的价值、情感寄托层面的价值，导致对档案价值的认知出现很大的偏差。因此，重塑档案价值的I；JL知理念很有必要，在对档案价值认知时应是“问题导向”而不是“量入为出”的思维模式，认识到完善的社会关系体现需要完整的档案存在．完整的档案体系是社会主体形成而非制造的产物。

For a long time,the value cognition of archives are based on cognitive ability, the main standard, the leadership of the will and other channels,but the focus only on the archival value of the so- cial economy relations did not realize the archival value is a kind of the social relationship depending on archives,and did not find and understand the implied value about the human relations and emotional suste- nance,leading to deviation when they cognize the value of archives. Therefore, it is necessary to reshape the cognitive concept of archival value,and we must realize archival value cognition should be ＂problem orient- ed＂ instead of thinking within our means, and also realize the perfect social relationship reflected need the complete file existing and the complete file system is the products after finishing the work and non-manu- facturing.
