摘要
本文在对上海市远程服务组织体系实证调研的基础上，探讨区域性民生档案远程服务组织体系构建原则，剖析组织体系的纵向层次和横向部门结构，梳理组织体系中部门之间的关系及其职能分工。认为民生档案远程服务组织体系突破了传统档案服务的组织架构．促进了区域性民生档案远程服务模式的发展。
On the basis of empirical research for remote service organization system in Shanghai, explore the construction principles of regional people＇s livelihood archives remote service organization system, the organization system of sector structure is analyzed on horizontal and vertical levels.And then the relation- ships and the functions between the departments is discussed in the organization system. We deem that the people＇s livelihood archives remote service organization systembroke the traditional archives service organiza- tion structure and promoted the development of regional people＇s livelihood archives remote service mode.
